Refund policy

Better Health Supplies Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction. Better Health Supplies’ return policy follows the policies outlined by Cardinal Health at-Home (see below). We will initiate the return process on behalf of the customer to Cardinal at-Home, should the return meet the Return Policy Criteria outlined by Cardinal at-Home. 

To initiate a return, please reach out to Better Health Supplies, Inc. at 844-260-0720 or support@joinbetter.com. If the product is eligible for return, we will send the shipping label and the customer will be responsible for mailing it.
