How It Works
You will be matched with a Better Health coach who lives with the same health condition as you. Each Peer Support session is a scheduled phone conversation between you and your coach.
Have an issue you want to discuss? Your coach will focus on that. Don’t have a specific issue? Your coach will guide the discussion and develop a custom care plan to get you feeling confident managing your condition.

Yes! Our coaches understand how important it is to find the right products for your unique body and condition. Coaches are equipped to help you find the best products for you, whether that means helping you troubleshoot any problems you're having with your current supplies, or helping you find new ones to try.
Peer Support is a free service to Better Health members.
Better Health peer coaches are all trained to use evidence-backed best practices. But most importantly our coaches are your peers, meaning they have first-hand experience with what it’s like to manage the very same conditions you have. They’re people like you who want to help others because they know how hard it can be to successfully manage a health condition and live with daily medical supplies.
Our coaches are unable to provide medical advice or financial aid. However, in certain cases, we may be able to send Better Health members product samples if you're trying to find the right products for you.
Your coaching sessions unlock personalized education. After each session, your coach will send you resources and information picked especially for you.
Your coach will develop a custom care plan to get you feeling confident managing your condition.
