Better Health has a simple mission
We strive to digitize and modernize the antiquated medical supplies industry. More than 80 million Americans use medical supplies in their homes on a regular basis. But getting access to these products can be challenging and costly. Our aim is to bring greater transparency and choice to our customers by offering an end-to-end care solution — bundling clinical consultation, member education, insurance management, and home delivery. As a licensed Medicare provider, we work with several Medicaid plans and have preferred and national partnerships with the nation’s leading payers. Founded by a team of healthcare and technology veterans, and funded by world-class investors, we believe that you deserve Better.

A note from our CEO:
When I developed an innovative urinary catheter almost 9 years ago, I could have never imagined that accessing
life-saving and novel medical supplies would be so difficult for so many people. With endless options, yet little
guidance, choosing a trustworthy supplier and the right medical product can be incredibly challenging.
In the years of bringing our catheter to market, I spoke to thousands of customers, who shared story after story
about their difficulties. These conversations, coupled with my experience as a device manufacturer became the seed
of Better Health. Today, Better Health has grown into a much bigger vision: a company that enables consumer choice
and transparency at each step in the process, and works alongside manufacturers to help them bring innovative
medical products directly to the people that need them.
We’re creating a solution that modernizes the entire process of discovering, choosing, and receiving medical
supplies. We do so while educating, coaching and supporting our members and helping them save costs along the way.
We believe in providing care that meets your needs from start to finish. From product discovery, delivery and
ongoing support, we’re here to help you get back to the important things in life.
Our goal is to be your partner throughout this journey and to make it as easy and seamless as possible. Our line is
always open. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or suggestions. We want to work together to make
Better Health even better for you!
