WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Warranty Policy:
Better Health Supplies Inc. honors all warranties expressed and implied under applicable State Law. Better Health Supplies Inc. will notify all Medicare beneficiaries regarding warranty coverage of any supplies sold or rented. Better Health Supplies Inc. will not charge the beneficiary or the Medicare program for the repair or replacement of Medicare covered items or services under warranty. In addition, an owner’s manual with warranty information will be provided to beneficiaries for all durable medical equipment where this manual is available.
Return Policy:
Better Health Supplies Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction. Better Health Supplies’ return policy follows the policies outlined by Cardinal Health at-Home (see below). We will initiate the return process on behalf of the customer to Cardinal at-Home, should the return meet the Return Policy Criteria outlined by Cardinal at-Home.
To initiate a return, please reach out to Better Health Supplies, Inc. at 415-475-8444 or support@joinbetter.com. If the product is eligible for return, we will send the shipping label and the customer will be responsible for mailing it.
Cardinal at-Home Return Policy:
Cardinal Health at-Home will only accept products returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned 6 months prior to the expiration date. Returns will not be accepted on special-order items, insulin pumps or vendor drop ships.
Each return must include a Return Authorization Number. Unsolicited returns and returns without a Return Authorization Number will be charged a processing fee or not accepted. All returns must be returned in original packaging and must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased. Returns are subject to inspection by Cardinal Health at-Home. No credit will be issued for products that we determine cannot be resold.
