Go to: https://joinbetter.com/pages/pay-my-bill and click on the “Pay My Bill" button. This will take you to our payment portal. You can select “Sign Up” to create an account. Your account number and invoice number are required for logging in and can be found on your billing statement.
You have two options when it comes to paying your bill.
1. You can create an account and gain full access to your invoices and payment history, update your statement delivery option, and set up autopay or payment options.
2. Select Quick Pay and simply make a payment without creating an account.
Once you are logged in to your account, click on “View Statement''. Here you can see all your pending invoices and any balance that is due.
Once you've logged into your account, select “Make Payment Online”. From here you will go to the “Select a payment method” section where you can either choose One Time Payment, Autopay, or Recurring Payment.
Both DME and Rx medication require a prescription. However, DME is billed under your regular insurance policy whereas your medication is billed under your pharmacy plan. Please refer to your insurance plan for specific coverage information.
In an insurance policy, the deductible is the amount paid out of pocket by the policyholder before an insurance provider will pay any expenses. The deductible typically starts over at the beginning of each year. Please refer to your insurance plan for specific coverage information.
Specific details about your bill can be found on the payment portal. Your invoice and payment history can be found once you create an account. If you've selected the "Quick Pay" option, you will not be able to access this information until you create an account.
We have several convenient options - email, mail, or text. Once you've created your account, you can choose how you'd like your statements to be delivered.
Yes, we will always bill the insurance that you have provided to us before requesting payment from you.
DME stands for Durable Medical Equipment. All supplies that you receive from Better Health are considered DME products.
EOB stands for "Explanation of Benefits" - this is a document that your insurance will send to both us and you to help explain how your claim was processed. We then apply any payments and/or charges to your account as instructed by your insurance.
